You have a rental safe in your room. (see reception)
For your greater security we recommend you deposit all your valuables in it and make sure to close the door and windows when you leave the apartment.
SUITCASE ROOM
We have at your disposal a luggage room at the reception where you can store your luggage until the time of collection on the day of departure
MESSAGES
During your absence we will collect the telephone messages you receive and we will promptly deliver your correspondence or any package you may receive to your room.
INTERNET / WIFI-WIRELESS CONNECTION:
We have free WiFi connection in all areas of the complex with the possibility of maximizing it upon payment.
MAINTENANCE SERVICE
We trust that your apartment is to your satisfaction. If during your stay any breakdown occurs, please contact reception so that a technician can be sent to you as soon as possible.
TV
It has a television room in reception which you can use at any time.
DEPARTURE
You must leave your apartment before 11.00.
If you want to leave later than this time, please contact the reception that will indicate if you have the possibility of staying in your apartment until later or if you could have a free apartment.
MEDICAL ATTENTION
If you need medical assistance, contact the reception.
BIKES
We have electric bike rental available right outside reception.
EXCURSIONS
Ask at the reception about the possibility of booking any type of excursion on the island.
